Shipping Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Phases
- Processing Time: This includes verifying your order and preparing it for shipment. Processing times vary based on location and efficiency.
- Shipping Time: This begins once processing is done and depends on the shipping method and destination.
- Please note, orders are processed according to (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
During peak seasons or sales events, delivery may take longer.
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times account for both processing and shipping phases.

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays
- If your order doesn’t arrive within 45 days, contact us for a full refund.
- We’ll respond within 12 hours to help with any unexpected delays.
Undelivered Packages
- If your package shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, check the delivery location and contact the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details and notify us immediately if you made an error.
Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by their country.
- Drinkwearverse is not responsible for customs fees if a package is rejected or delivery fails after multiple attempts.
