Order Changes & Exchanges
Please make sure to check your order details like size, design, and quantity before confirming. Once the order is placed, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or address.
However, if you realize an error, you have 6 hours after placing your order to cancel and reorder. If you need any help, contact us. We’re committed to your satisfaction.
Canceling Orders
You have 6 hours from the time of order to cancel. After this, it may already be processing or shipped.
A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders. To cancel, email [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items. Once this window closes, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Reasons for Returns
- Damaged item received
- Wrong design, size, or product delivered
- Product doesn’t match description
Return Item Condition
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- They cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
- Tags must be attached, and defects must be from our error.
Refund Requirements
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or evidence of the issue
- Shipping label/receipt
Return & Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, it takes up to 2 business days to process your refund. We’ll notify you via email once the refund is complete.
